At #WomenLead, we’re a think tank dedicated to empowering Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) women attorneys throughout Southeastern Wisconsin using their collective voice to create positive change. We strive to make an impact by becoming successful change agents.
We believe that by amplifying the voices of BIPOC women, we’ll be able to create a more equitable and inclusive legal field.

Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started the Women Empowerment focus within JC Legal Resources Center, INC, we understood that by working together we could overcome the many challenges facing women today. We ultimately decided to launch #WomenLead based on the mission that social change begins with empowerment.

Think Tank Consortium is a nonprofit that facilitates collaboration between black and brown women to solve critical issues of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Through our online platform and events, we provide a safe space for women to come together, share their ideas, and create lasting solutions to the challenges facing our communities. Our services empower women to take the lead in creating a more just and equitable world.
